Our principal purpose and business is to create motion pictures. The Company plans to develop and produce quality movies in the science fiction/fantasy, horror and thriller genres. The objectives of Thunderhead Entertainment are as follows:

1. To produce handsomely mounted "high concept" genre films with an emphasis on strong story, characterization, and production value.

2. To produce five feature films in the next five years with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $1.5 million.

3. To develop scripts with outside writers.

4. To explore financing through private investors as well as co-production and co-financing potential for the Company.

5. To distribute our films through independent and studio distribution companies both domestically and abroad.

The primary strength of any company is in its management team. Thunderhead Entertainment's principals, Benjamin and Robyn Cooper, have twenty-four combined years of experience in the entertainment business.

BENJAMIN COOPER
Benjamin originally founded Thunderhead Entertainment to provide film/video production and post services to such commercial clients as Bosch Power Tools, Inc. and Seagate Software. In doing so he earned awards for production excellence for the music video, "Orbit," and "It Takes a Man," a PSA for the Santa Barbara County Office of Family Violence. His feature films THE OMEGA DIARY and THE BRINK are in wide release on television and home video in many foreign countries, and on video in the U.S. through such outlets as Blockbuster and Netflix. Both pictures have been profitable. Benjamin will develop, produce and direct most future Thunderhead Entertainment features.

ROBYN COOPER
Robyn started out in radio at Mondosphere Broadcasting scheduling commercials and promos for their three radio stations. She quickly transitioned to television plying her trade at the highest rated TV station in the Santa Barbara market. In 2003, Robyn relocated to Burbank and became Media Planning Coordinator for Soapnet, a national cable channel and part of the Disney/ABC Cable Networks Group. Currently she works on the cutting edge of upcoming entertainment delivery platforms as a Manager in the NBC/Universal Emerging Networks division, and she is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (presenter of the Emmys). Robyn will continue her role as producer of Thunderhead Entertainment pictures and will use her extensive knowledge of the TV business to open up new avenues of distribution for the Company's movies.
